SHOW POSTPONED to 8/15 — Punk Black is a monthly independent rock event/organization in Atlanta, Georgia. It features People of Color in rock & art, including live bands, a DJ, and local art vendors. This will be the second time Punk Black visits Oakland. Their first Bay Area event was in The Uptown last year, too. Lineup includes The Tissues, Fatty Cakes and the Puff Pastries, Saliva Tribe, and more.
