On the first Friday of every month, The Uptown presents a FREE live music showcase that celebrates artist and musicians predominantly from the Bay Area. This 11-year-old event highlights bands we believe deserve your attention.

This September features San Francisco alternative pop band Dangermaker, Oakland power pop outfit Matadore, melodic lo-fi Oakland act Rollin Hand, and Oakland based psychedelic rock / alternative hip hop group Unlikely Heroes.

The Uptown opens doors for happy hour at 5PM.
Show begins at 9PM.
