PUNK BLACK is a monthly independent rock event/organization in Atlanta, Georgia that features People of Color in the rock and art. It includes bands, a DJ, and local art vendors. This will be the second time Punk Black visits Oakland. Their first Bay Area event was in The Uptown last year, too.
