Titan Ups, Conspiracy of Beards

Two Bay Area gems together at last. Conspiracy of Beards starts the evening with a set of Leonard Cohen favorites, and then the Titan Ups bring their Rocksteady/Reggae jams to get the night moving.
San Francisco’s Titan Ups have been champion purveyors of 1960s Jamaican rocksteady and American Soul music since 2008. They have opened for and/or backed up such artists as the English Beat, soul music legend Brenton Wood, and rock steady legends Pat Kelly, Ken Parker and the Jamaicans.
San Francisco’s Conspiracy of Beards is a 30-member chorus that performs dynamic, a cappella arrangements of the poetic songs of Leonard Cohen. The choir has performed on many of the Bay Area’s best stages, and recently hosted the 1st annual San Francisco Leonard Cohen Festival, a November celebration of the words and music of Leonard Cohen.
