For the last 11 years, The Uptown has brought you a free showcase on the First Friday of every month. We highlight bands and artists we feel deserve more of your attention. This month features independent singer-songwriter Tyler Jakes, East Bay ska band Shark Punch, Bay Area prog-pop unit Catchlight, and San Francisco alt-pop outfit Errors.

For the past 11 years, The Uptown has hosted a free showcase of bands we feel deserve your attention. This month includes Shark Punch, Lucky Eejits, and Elderly Abuse. Doors open at 5pm for Happy Hour; first band goes on at 9pm.
