We are Solate: An indie-folk duo, composed of Joel Mandella (guitarist and producer) and Maya Vilaplana (writer, singer and percussionist). Join us for a great night of music.
Solate fuses deep influences of jazz, pop, and soul with rhythmic guitar playing and melodic lyrics written around questions of love, intersectionality, and community. We are friends, discovering our voices and focused on empowering others through creativity, and joyful expression.
