The Secret Emchy Society is the brainchild of Cindy Emch – the queer whiskey voiced singer-songwriter from bands Rhubarb Whiskey, Vagabondage, Feral, and more. Her heart breakin’, foot stompin’ old school country punk rebel americana music sounds a little like Neko Case and Nick Cave hanging out with a bottle of whiskey and a guitar. She writes songs that make you wanna get drunk and rowdy, songs that make you want to cry, songs that make you want to get in your car and drive…and sometimes songs that make you want to do all of those things at once.
Kim Lembo: Finally settling into Oakland, CA after years of writing new material she recently broke out with a 5th release some are calling her best album yet. 45 Miles promises to tell her story with Lembo’s unique perspective on life, love and reflections. http://kimlembomusic.com/
