On the first Friday of every month, The Uptown presents a free live music showcase that celebrates Bay Area artists and musicians. This 10-year-old event highlights bands we believe deserve your attention.
June’s free first Friday showcase features Oakland industrial metal outfit Suicide Queen, Oakland dark alternative band Wolves In Argyle, San Francisco indie rockers Greater Sirens, and new rock band Electric Plume making their Oakland debut.
